1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this online ticketing website (“Website”) and the purchase of tickets for events listed on it. By accessing the Website or purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Ticket Sales

  • Tickets are sold on behalf of the event organizer.
  • All ticket purchases are subject to availability.
  • Once payment is successfully completed, tickets will be issued electronically via email.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal, contact, and payment details at the time of booking.

3. Pricing and Fees

  • Ticket prices are displayed in CAD unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may include applicable taxes and service fees.
  • All service/processing fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Payment Methods

The Website supports the following payment options:

a) Card Payments (Stripe)

  • Card payments are securely processed via Stripe.
  • The Website does not store card details.
  • Any payment failures or declines are subject to the card issuer or Stripe’s policies.

b) Interac E-Transfer

Customers choosing e-transfer must:

  • Send the payment to the email address provided on the checkout page.
  • Include the booking reference number in the e-transfer reference field (mandatory).
  • Tickets will only be issued after the e-transfer is successfully received and verified.
  • Failure to include the correct reference may delay ticket confirmation.

5. Ticket Delivery & Entry

  • Tickets are issued as electronic tickets (QR code or PDF).
  • Each ticket is valid for one entry only.
  • Duplicate, altered, or unauthorized tickets will be denied entry.
  • The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for invalid tickets or misconduct.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except in the following cases:

  • Event cancellation
  • Event rescheduling where refunds are explicitly permitted by the organizer
  • If refunds are approved, they will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated by the organizer.

7. Event Changes

The event organizer reserves the right to modify the event date, time, venue, program, or performers.

Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Website or attempt unauthorized access
  • Engage in fraudulent bookings or chargebacks without valid cause
  • Resell tickets without permission
  • Any violation may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Website acts solely as a ticketing platform.
  • The Website is not responsible for the event’s organization, quality, safety, or execution.
  • Liability, if any, is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.

10. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during booking is used only for ticketing and event-related communication.
  • Details may be shared with the event organizer for operational purposes.
  • Payment data is handled securely by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).

11. Force Majeure

Neither the Website nor the organizer shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada, unless otherwise stated.
